To represent, serve, and promote Idaho's credit unions.

Persons who reside or work in the above areas and who become eligible as primary members to join a Credit union which established an office in Spokane, Washington, after December 16, 1980, will remain within the Credit Union’s field of membership.

Employees of Horizon Credit Union - Reside, work, or worship within the East Valley, Central Valley, or West Valley School Districts, Spokane County, WA - Reside, work, or worship within the Mead School District, Spokane County, WA - Reside, work, or worship within Stevens County, WA - Reside, work, or worship within Lincoln County, WA - Reside, work, or worship within Boundary, Bonner, and Kootenai Counties of Idaho - Members and Employees of Inland Power and Light, Inc., a cooperative - Persons who reside or work in what is commonly known as Spokane, WA’s "South Hill" - Reside, work, or worship within Deer Park School District, Spokane County, WA - Reside work, or worship within Medical Lake and Cheney School Districts, Spokane County, WA

Spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership of the Credit Union; employees of the Credit Union; persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from the above employment; members of their immediate families, and organizations of such persons.
