Part-Time Member Service Representative
Northwest Christian Credit Union
has an immediate opening for a part-time member service
representative for its newly remodeled Boise branch. This
position serves as a primary contact with the public in
performing a variety of financial transactions for our members;
receives cash and checks for deposit, loan payments; and
disburses cash. The applicant will handle a variety of member
service tasks including providing account balances, transferring
funds, tracking deposits and various record changes; be
responsible to maintain and account for cash drawer and daily
transactions, and report discrepancies. Must possess basic math
skills; be detail oriented; possess skills with office machinery
– computers, typewriters, 10-key calculators, communication
systems, and copy machines. Previous experience that involved
dealing with the public and cash is highly desirable.

Falls. Experience and requirements for this position are as
follows:
 | Responsible for defining and directing
the overall activities of the IS Department. |
| Credit Union Information Systems
Management. |
| Managerial/supervisory duties. |
| Ensures that users' needs are met. |
| MIS Staff and credit union are
well-trained and capable of fully utilizing established
systems. |
| Trains, assigns, and supervises IS
personnel. |
| Strong communications skills. |
| Ensures information systems are
up-to-date, capable of meeting current needs, and adaptable
to future requirements. |
| Required reports and documentation are
complete and current. |
| Ensures immediate supervisor is
appropriately informed of area activities. |
| Incumbent shall have a Bachelors Degree
in Computer Science from an accredited institution or a
BA/BS in a related field with a minimum of 5 years
experience in IT systems management. |
| At least 3 years of experience should be
in a managerial roll, supervising and scheduling subordinate
staff members. |
| Five years experience in a credit union
environment is also preferred. |
| Excellent written and oral communication
skills are a must. |
| Proficiency in Microsoft Office including
Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook, Crystal Reports, SQL
database management, etc. |

maintenance. |
